YOU'RE READY TO BE DEEPLY IN LOVE WITH YOUR LIFE...

BUT right now you may be feeling:

  • Ashamed, embarrassed and guilty. You feel like you’re being ungrateful for what you already have, and that you have no business reaching for “more”. You worry you’re being selfish, and that wanting to change your life will hurt your loved ones who share it.

  • Afraid to change, let alone dream, because “better the devil you know,” right? You’re afraid of trying and failing. Afraid of what others will think. Afraid that you’re not smart/brave/strong enough. Afraid of doing it “wrong”.

  • Exhausted on a soul-deep level by being stretched too thin for too long. You’ve lost sight of your boundaries as you say yes to everything. You’re trying to do and be everything to everyone. Knowing and caring for yourself is at the bottom of your very long to-do list.

  • Unworthy. If any (or all) of these ring true for you, it could also leaving you feeling like crap. The messaging we get from Everywhere often tells us that if we’re not “winning” then we must be “losing” because life is a zero sum game.

  • Unsure about the path you’re on. You may even feel a bit lost, like a stranger inside of your own life, hitting benchmarks because you’re “supposed to”. You wonder how you got here, because a life that feels even remotely like you is almost unrecognizable.

  • Stuck and frustrated that Plan A didn’t work out the way you thought it would. You did everything you were supposed to, and you thought this work / relationship / lifestyle would make you happy. But you’re not, and you have no idea what to do next.

  • Disconnected from your passions and from goals that actually light you up. You long for clarity around what you really want. You ache for a life that fulfills you and has you feeling more like the person you were meant to be.

  • Called to shed an old skin, to untangle yourself from expectations and obligations that have become stifling, or from roles that you no longer fill (i.e. partner, wife, girlfriend, 20-something, party-girl, single, etc.)

but there’s a gift offered in the midst of all this tension. These seasons of deconstruction are meant to inspire change, to awaken new life.

Trust the timing of this moment.

YOU'RE ALREADY CAPABLE OF THE LIFE YOU'RE DREAMING OF...

SO IT'S NOT A STRETCH TO IMAGINE:

  • Showing up as your authentic self, so that your relationships are built on a solid and unshakeable foundation. You’re over compromising who you are to fit in or satisfy anyone else’s plans or expectations.

  • Letting go of perfectionism, and embracing your innate WORTHINESS. Finally feeling free from the debilitating need to prove yourself, to succeed, to never fail or disappoint anyone.

  • Trusting that you are always moving in the direction of your soul, because you are clear on your non-negotiables — the core beliefs, values, and desires — that guide your moves.

  • Doing more of what LIGHTS YOU UP, like, right now. Traveling everywhere. Swimming naked. Having loud, hilarious family dinners. Going to bed at 8pm. Taking walks. Moving to the city. Writing. Loving. Eating clean. Giving back. Quitting that shitty job. Vanlife-ing it up around the country. Going to that march. Speaking truth to power. Being the truest expression of yourself.

  • Providing time, space, and a voice to the places inside you that have been longing for healing. Even the fear. Especially the fear, so that it can learn to be courageous.

  • Truly taking care of yourself. Getting friendly with the fact that self-care isn’t just for people who like affirmations and facials. Giving yourself all the love, friendship and respect you would give your gal pals. Resting, speaking up, showing kindness. And releasing yourself from our society’s tired glorification of “busy”.

  • Giving of yourself in healthy and impactful ways. Taking part in your community in whatever way feels most real for you. Feeling inspired and revved up — rather than depleted and discouraged — by being a part of something bigger than any one person. Rising, by ensuring others rise too.

SOMETIMES WE JUST NEED SOME HIGH-LEVEL SUPPORT TO SHAKE OFF WHAT NO LONGER SERVES, AND RISE TO A LIFE ON OUR TERMS.

Together, we’ll co-create a space for you to:

  • Do the real, beautiful and messy work of knowing and accepting yourself as you are. Our time together is a judgement-free zone for wildly honest conversation, the necessary unraveling of old stories and identities, and the inevitable reclamation of the woman you are.

  • Gain clarity on your path, direction and goals by aligning your day-to-day with the ways you truly want to be and feel in the world.

  • Experiment with strategies for creating the life you’re craving. You can’t change your life without changing your life, so we’ll spend time figuring out what it is you’re searching for, and how to (realistically, sustainably) invite more of it in.

  • Learn how to identify and reprogram your responses to internal resistance, fear, and negative self-talk. There’s enough external systemic oppression coming at us on a daily basis. Let’s stop internalizing and bringing it home. It’s time to let go of feeling like a failure, a fraud, or any other unimaginative “F” words.

  • Set and maintain boundaries that protect your energy and the vision you have for your life.

  • Get the accountability you need to get out of your head, and back into your life.

  • Invest in yourself, with all the radical responsibility that requires. Can I, as your coach, change your life in 6 months? Mmm, no. (And we wouldn’t want that anyway, right?) But I know that if you really dive in, whole-heartedly participating and believing in your growth, then you can.

SHOWING UP FOR YOURSELF IS THE ONLY REQUIREMENT.

IF YOU SHOW UP — TRULY, HONESTLY — EVERYTHING FLOWS FROM THERE.

“Working with Kahea is always a gift I give to myself. Kahea has an amazing way of distilling my words, reflecting them back to me unraveling stories, patterns, and blockages, at the same time celebrating strengths and newfound rawness. She is tough, inquisitive, supportive, inspiring and uplifting. Kahea provides a warm space to explore - like fuzzy slippers for your mind, heart, and soul. But also a space to tear down walls and make BIG shifts with a wrecking ball. Each session with Kahea has left me grounded, motivated and with a better understanding and sense of what I truly desire and how to get there.”
